GLP-1 Food Reviews: What’s Worth Eating (and What’s Not)

Since starting GLP-1 meds, I’ve revisited a lot of foods that were not regularly in my diet.  Plus, I added a few new ones.  For better or worse, there have also been a lot of discoveries along the way.

Since GLP-1 meds hit the market, protein has become the food fad of the year, and as you’ve probably noticed, it’s in everything.  From fortified yogurt to Pop-Tarts, to chips and cereal, everything has added protein.  Of course, there are several common foods that have always had a lot of protein that are now taking the spotlight, so we’ll try those too.
