
I’m not much of a cook, but even I can put a few basics together. Soup, salads, pancakes, desserts. Nothing I’d call serious cooking, but I manage well enough. I’m going to include those recipes here because if you’re like me, you want more control over what you’re eating since starting GLP-1 meds. Cooking something yourself is the best way to do that.
