
What makes a good GLP-1 food? Is it just the protein content, or is there more to it than that? Since starting the medication, I’ve revisited many foods that were not regularly in my diet. Since GLP-1 meds hit the market, protein has become the food fad of the year, and as you’ve probably noticed, it’s in everything. From fortified yogurt to Pop-Tarts, to chips and cereal, everything has added protein. Of course, several common foods have always had a lot of protein that are now taking the spotlight, so I’ll try them too. I’ll give my honest opinion, so you know what a hit or a miss is or where you eat something at your own risk.
